🌟Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus full-time on the US market, CPG industry, driving growth exclusively through outbound efforts. As the first point of contact for potential clients, the SDR plays a key role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and aligning outreach with Wecheer’s strategic goals. This position is essential in spearheading outbound lead generation and contributing to Wecheer’s expansion in the US.
This is a Remote (Canada or East Coast based), Freelance full-time role on a B2B/self employed contract.
🚀Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate leads in the US market.
- Research target accounts to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
- Engage decision-makers to spark interest and schedule qualified meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize messaging and strategies.
- Consistently meet KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
- Represent Wecheer’s value proposition and build initial client relationships.
- Share pipeline updates and market insights with management.
📋Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs, such as meetings booked or opportunities created.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working in the US market, particularly in B2B sales.
- Background in the FMCG/CPG sector and enterprise-level accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Lusha, and tools for cold calling).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and strategies.
- Experience selling SaaS or digital solutions.
